Jared did a wonderful job taking out the wall between our den and living room. We love open space.

We had a main support beam in the middle of the room in our basement. The beam limited us on how we could use this room. Jared and his team came out and was able to replace with a different support beam that opened our room up completely. I'm glad we trusted them. They did a great job!!! When my husband and I decided to build a custom home on acreage, Jared with Havoc was our first call. He went over everything in detail based on the floor plan we had chosen- costs, the process, and answered the many, many questions that I had. Jared was at the job site regularly to meet with subs, get work started for the day, and to meet with us to be sure we were always pleased with the work being done. He was also wonderful to suggest little additions or ideas from his experience that we had not thought of, which gave us the maximum use of the space that we had.
