    When my husband and I decided to build a custom home on acreage, Jared with Havoc was our first call. He went over everything in detail based on the floor plan we had chosen- costs, the process, and answered the many, many questions that I had. We were confident in his ability and in the end, he definitely proved to us that we made the right decision in choosing him! Throughout the build Jared communicated with us daily and always kept us posted on what was happening and what would be happening next. He also made sure that we knew what decisions and selections (there are SO MANY!) we needed to be making in the near future so that the build could stay on track. Jared was at the job site regularly to meet with subs, get work started for the day, and to meet with us to be sure we were always pleased with the work being done. He was also wonderful to suggest little additions or ideas from his experience that we had not thought of, which gave us the maximum use of the space that we had. My husband and I truly could not be more pleased with the way that our home turned out. We have a beautiful custom home that we plan to enjoy for many years to come and are always happy to recommend Jared at Havoc Construction to anyone looking for an honest contractor!     We had a main support beam in the middle of the room in our basement. The beam limited us on how we could use this room. Jared and his team came out and was able to replace with a different support beam that opened our room up completely. I'm glad we trusted them. They did a great job!!!     I've had so many bad experiences with contractors, that at first, I was extremely hesitant. By the end of the process, I was so relieved.     Havoc Construction built my current residence. From the time we broke ground to receiving our CO, Jared and his team were incredibly professional and helpful through the entire process. Our home turned out better than to be expected. I would recommend Havoc Construction and Jared to anyone looking for a GC from a small remodel job to a new construction build. They can handle it.     Jared Mauney with Havoc Construction LLC has continued to provide the best service I expect. Not only did he get our roof replaced he has put in new floors and given the house a new paint! When I call him for anything he always makes me feel I’m his one and only customer.
